Question 1: How much is a space?

A space at the Great NYS Flea outdoor market is $35, A space at the Great NYS Flea indoor market is $50

Question 2: What size space do you have available?

For our outdoor market, spaces are 10'x10'. For our indoor markets, 6'x8' spaces are available to rent. You are welcome to purchase up to 10 spaces per event!

Question 3: Can I pre-pay for this event?

As of now the only way to confirm registration is to pay IN-PERSON the day of the flea, and there are NO space reserving unless you’re a vendor who has never missed a market. Our team is working on ways to make pre-payment and space reservation more accessible and we ask you give us patience in the meantime as we sort these methods out.

Question 4: Are tables and/or vending materials included in space fees?

No, vendors are expected to bring all materials needed. Space will be empty upon check in.

Question 5: What am I allowed to sell?

The Great NYS Flea prides itself on being vendor-friendly. As long as you have the applicable licenses/permits required to sell your products, all LEGAL products, excluding firearms are welcome to be sold at the Great NYS Flea

The entirety of Village Gate parking lot is available for parking, excluding the parking lot in front Salena’s and Birch Cres St. parking
