Terms & Conditions:
Vendor Fees:
All vendors must pay the vending fee prior to setting up at the Great New York State Flea market. Payment is due on the day of the event, before setup begins. All vendor fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay will result in the vendor’s inability to participate in the event.
Setup and Timing:
Vendor setup is allowed from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. All vendors must be completely set up by 10:05 AM to ensure the market opens on time. Late setups may result in forfeiture of your space with no refund.
Tent Size Limitation:
Outdoor flea market vendors may use tents up to 10x10 feet. Indoor flea market spaces are limited to 6x8 feet. Any larger setups will not be allowed, and vendors may be removed from the event.
Loading and Unloading Restrictions:
Vendors are prohibited from loading/unloading items along N Goodman Street. Designated loading and unloading areas will be provided by market staff. Failure to comply may result in penalties or removal.
Cleanup Responsibility:
Vendors must remove all trash and debris generated by their booth by the end of the event. Failure to clean up properly may result in penalties, including exclusion from future events.
Code of Conduct:
All vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally. No derogatory language, fighting, excessive swearing, or drama will be tolerated. Violators will be immediately removed from the event without refund and may be prohibited from future participation.
No Open Flames Policy:
To ensure the safety of all attendees, open flames are prohibited at all times on flea market property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate removal from the event.
Sales Tax Responsibility:
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax to the appropriate authorities. The Great New York State Flea market is not responsible for vendors’ tax compliance and will not handle any tax-related matters.
Risk of Loss:
The Great New York State Flea market is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property or merchandise during the event. Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain insurance coverage.
Legal Agreement:
By registering and participating in the Great New York State Flea market, the vendor agrees to all terms and conditions stated above. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between the vendor and the Great New York State Flea market, governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any breach of these terms resulting in loss, damage, or other liability shall subject the violating party to appropriate legal action in New York State courts. The vendor agrees that all disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts of Monroe County, New York.
By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
